Current status
VP purchase top-ups are not currently available. Do not pay anyone who claims they can sell or transfer VP. These terms apply to earned promotional VP and will be updated before verified in-app purchasing is enabled.
Nature of VP
- VP are limited, revocable digital points usable only for eligible myStayVibe features.
- VP are not money, a bank deposit, cryptocurrency or a stored-value wallet.
- VP cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, transferred between users or used outside myStayVibe.
- Displayed rupee comparisons are explanatory pricing references only and do not create cash value.
Earning, spending and corrections
The app shows the amount before a VP action. We may reverse duplicated, fraudulent or technically erroneous credits and restore points after a failed eligible action. Promotional awards may have clearly disclosed limits or expiry.
Future purchases
Any iOS or Android sale of VP will use the store billing method required by that platform, with price and refund information shown before purchase. Store refund rules and mandatory consumer rights will apply. VP sales must remain disabled until receipt verification is implemented.
