Terms of Use

myStayVibe is a technology platform for discovering and coordinating trips, stays, local services and travel communities. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, trips, stays and services are organised and supplied by independent users, hosts or providers—not by myStayVibe.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person.
• Keep your credentials and devices secure, and promptly report suspected account misuse.
• One person may not create accounts to evade a suspension, restriction or safety measure.

Creating an account or continuing after a clearly notified material update means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. Hosts and providers also accept the Host/Service-Provider Agreement. A timestamp and policy version may be recorded as evidence of acceptance.

• Read the complete listing, eligibility rules, price, payment method, refund terms and safety information before committing.
• Hosts and providers control their offering and are responsible for accuracy, lawful operation and delivery.
• Guests and participants are responsible for passports, visas, permits, insurance, fitness, medical needs and personal travel decisions.
• A verification badge confirms only the checks specifically described by the platform; it is not a guarantee of identity, safety, quality or future conduct.

At present, money for trips, stays and physical services is paid directly between users unless the checkout clearly identifies an authorised payment partner. myStayVibe does not hold direct UPI payments and cannot reverse them. Never pay outside the method and recipient shown in the confirmed booking details.

You retain ownership of your content and grant myStayVibe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display and distribute it only to operate, promote and protect the platform. You confirm you have the rights and consents needed for anything you upload.

• Do not post illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, privacy-invasive or infringing material.
• Do not harass, threaten, spam, scrape, manipulate reviews or circumvent access controls.
• Report unsafe content and use blocking tools when needed.

We may restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention or enforcement of these terms. Where appropriate, users may contact the Grievance Officer to request review. We may preserve records and cooperate with lawful orders.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, myStayVibe is not responsible for independent hosts' or users' acts, indirect losses, or events outside reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the operating entity and transaction may hear disputes. Before court action, contact support so the matter can be investigated and, where suitable, resolved informally.
