1. Data we collect
- Account, age-confirmation, profile, contact and travel-preference information.
- Trips, bookings, stays, services, posts, comments, reviews, messages, stickers and reports.
- Identity/KYC documents, emergency contacts, UPI identifiers, QR images and payment proofs when you choose a feature that requires them.
- Photos, video, camera, microphone, approximate or precise location only for features you start or enable.
- Device identifiers, push tokens, IP address, login/security events, diagnostics and cookie preferences.
2. Purposes and lawful use
We use data to provide and secure accounts; deliver community, booking, messaging, verification and safety features; prevent fraud and abuse; handle complaints; comply with law; and measure reliability. We do not sell personal data or use identity documents for advertising.
3. Sharing
- Other users receive only information required by the feature and your visibility choices.
- Processors may include Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Firebase/Google, Apple, map and media providers, and authorised payment providers.
- Information may be disclosed for a valid legal request, urgent safety need, fraud investigation, corporate transaction or with your direction.
4. Location and permissions
Permissions are requested in context and can be denied or revoked in device settings. myStayVibe does not require continuous background location. Crew location sharing must be actively started, is limited to the intended trip context and should be stopped when no longer needed.
5. Retention
We retain account data while the account is active and then delete or de-identify it according to a documented schedule. Shorter periods apply to sensitive documents and live location. Some records may be retained for legal obligations, charge disputes, fraud prevention, safety investigations and establishment of legal claims. Backup deletion may take additional time.
6. Your choices
- Access and correct profile information.
- Withdraw optional consent and change privacy or device permissions.
- Request erasure and delete your account in-app or on the website.
- Raise a grievance and nominate another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls, encryption in transit, private storage for sensitive assets, logging and restricted administrative access. No system is risk-free. Service providers may process data outside India subject to applicable Indian transfer restrictions and contractual safeguards.
8. Children
myStayVibe is only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us so the account and associated data can be investigated and removed.
9. Contact
Privacy requests may be sent to support@mystayvibe.com or through the Help Centre. The final policy must name the Data Fiduciary/operating entity and publish its India contact details before commercial launch.
