Additional rules for anyone publishing or supplying a trip, stay, activity or local service.

Provider responsibilities

  • Be at least 18, provide accurate legal/contact details and keep them current.
  • Hold every licence, registration, permit, insurance and tax registration required for the offering and location.
  • Provide accurate photos, capacity, accessibility, inclusions, exclusions, hazards, prices, taxes and cancellation terms.
  • Do not discriminate unlawfully, oversell, create fake scarcity or move a confirmed user to materially worse terms.

Safety

  • Assess foreseeable risks and give participants clear instructions before commitment.
  • Use qualified personnel and maintained equipment for transport, water, trekking, adventure, food or other regulated activities.
  • Maintain emergency contacts and incident procedures, and promptly report serious incidents to appropriate authorities and myStayVibe.

Payments and records

Direct payments are between provider and customer. Providers must give lawful receipts/invoices, protect payment information, honour the displayed cancellation policy and comply with tax obligations. myStayVibe may require proof of refund or licence compliance.

Enforcement

Listings may be paused or removed for safety, inaccuracy, expired credentials, unresolved complaints or legal risk. Provider status or verification does not create employment, agency or partnership with myStayVibe.
